【 The story behind the products 】
This thread clipper is from one of my favorite knife shops in Kyoto, Japan. Very unfortunately, the 84-year-old craftsman decided to close his business in a few years. Read the story behind the thread clipper here:

【 Package 】
It will be wrapped with white paper and red mizuhiki ( decorative Japanese cord made from twisted paper) so it can be a perfect small gift for your loved ones!

【 About the protective cover 】
The cover is from Misuyabari, the needle speciality store in Kyoto that has a history of over 400 years. It can be used as a cover for the thread clipper, or to store the needles. They will be sent out randomly. You can’t choose the colors.
