All of your orders will be packed and shipped from Kyoto, Japan. You will receive an automated notice when your order leaves Kyoto. Delivery times are not guaranteed by any carriers. Expect delays in updates to tracking info.

 

Can you ship to my country?

We ship to US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia with tracking number. Due to the coronavirus, I am dealing with irregular delivery methods. The time of the arrival is estimated and it might be delayed. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Shipping methods

• USA : FedEX or EMS (Japan Post)
• Canada : FedEX
• Australia : DHL Express or FedEX
• New Zealand : EMS (Japan Post)
• Europe : FedEX 
• Asia : EMS (Japan Post)

Shipments to take at least 1-3 weeks. In all cases, customs charges are at the discretion of the recipient's country and the responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

Currency conversion 

All prices and receipts shown in US dollars. The equivalent conversion is shown via your payment method. We accept Visa, MC, Amex and Paypal—no cheques or ordering by mail.

 

Shipping to PO BOX  

FeDEX and DHL don't accept shipping to PO BOX. Proof all names, addresses and input your email carefully. Receipts are emailed immediately following a successful transaction. Review the emailed receipt and get in touch right away if you've made a mistake. Save your receipts for future reference.
